HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

At AGI Fitness, we understand the necessity to respond to messages quickly so that you can get back to your workout! We respond to most messages through the Contact Us page within 24 hours of receiving them.

 

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. 

 

HOW LONG ARE SHIPPING TIMES?

Both our manufactures and sales offices work diligently to send out our products to customers ASAP. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will begin processing. After processing our warehouse will ship the package out immediately. You will then receive an order tracking notification by email to track your package. Depending on location, most customers receive their product in 7 to 22 business days. Please refer to individual product descriptions or contact us for exact shipping times.

 

HOW IS THE COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) PANDEMIC IMPACTED DELIVERY? [AS OF APRIL 2020]***

The safety, health and wellbeing of our customers remains our top priority. Please note that due to the pandemic, many orders may face delays and increased shipment times. This means that the 7 to 22 business day range could be more, anywhere from 10 - 35 business days or so. Rest assured, we're working tirelessly to fulfill all orders and we really appreciate your patience during this difficult time. WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

In order to get your order to you as soon as possible, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. All of your packages will receive a tracking order notification.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! When we dispatch your order from our warehouse we will send you tracking information for your order via email. You can also check your order by visiting our Track Your Order page. 

 

WHATS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. Please read our Refund Policy page for more information.
